Cantucci, the traditional Tuscan biscotti, are made using the highest quality ingredients, enriched with whole almonds and lemon zest. The art of baking them twice, a practice honed over centuries, imparts an exquisite crispiness and a perfect balance of texture and flavour. While conventionally enjoyed by dipping in Vin Santo, a dessert wine, they also make an excellent pairing with a cup of tea or coffee.
At Crazy Cantucci, we use the highest quality ingredients and handcraft all our products. The founder is a graduate of Le Cordon Bleu and has been passionate about all things food since a young age. Throughout the Covid-19 lockdown, she baked a lot - especially the cantucci. Having refined the original recipe and experimented with flavours, she was ready to take the next step and launch her own brand.
