Almond & Dark Chocolate Cantucci

Cantucci, the traditional Tuscan biscotti, are made using the highest quality ingredients, enriched with whole almonds and dark chocolate chips. The art of baking them twice, a practice honed over centuries, imparts an exquisite crispiness and perfect balance of texture and flavour.

While conventionally enjoyed by dipping in Vin Santo dessert wine, they also make an excellent pairing with a cup of espresso.
